I am Pat Sharma - MCSJ Diploma in PMC, founder of Croydon Jewellery School, Jewellery Designer and PMC tutor.

I completed City & Guilds in Design, Craft and Silversmithing in 2008 and found that there were a lack of local silver jewellery making classes. This inspired me to seek expertise in Precious Metal Clay. 

I completed my Diploma in PMC in 2009 from the Mid Cornwall School of Jewellery - considered to be the most thorough PMC training in the world.  It was extremely tough!!!

Starting my own Business and teaching had always been my ultimate goal and ambition.

I manage a Business Centre in Croydon and the Croydon Jewellery School as well as a Jewellery showroom showcasing my 'THEIA'brand handmade Jewellery.  

My background stems from assisting my father a businessman in import and export followed by a long 25 year career in Post Office and Royal Mail in roles ranging from Post Office Branch Manager of 35 staff, to management roles in HQ working in Projects, Banking,training, Products,Operations, Bulk Mail, Advertising and Marketing.   

I have been able to seek inspiration from my recent overseas visits to Venice and the discovery of Murano Glass and the beautiful ancient designs I found in Athens and Turkey. 

I like to simplify instructions, no complications or technical stuff...Life's too short so I like to get to the point and provide easy step by step techniques.
